A hot sweltering afternoon, gave way to a hot sweltering evening as we hit Central London's The Rock Garden, a very popular (not to mention hip) pint-sized venue where there was no chance of a soundcheck: just turn up, plug in and play. It got hotter still and at least one of us was reduced to wearing shorts. Just look at those knees. Sadly, the venue itself is no more..... but the knees are still reputed to exist.
